These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Signature Auto Finish. By booking, requesting, or receiving services from Signature Auto Finish, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Signature Auto Finish provides mobile detailing, interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint enhancement, paint correction, ceramic coating, maintenance washes, and related vehicle appearance services.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be requested through our website, Microsoft Bookings, phone, email, text message, or social media. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. We may contact you to confirm vehicle size, service area, condition, access, and final pricing.

Pricing

Published prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, service area, contamination, pet hair, staining, excessive soil, paint condition, or requested add-ons. Final pricing may be confirmed after inspection.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle, sufficient space to work, and accurate vehicle/service information. Please remove valuables, personal items, child seats, and sensitive belongings before service.

Mobile Service Conditions

Service may depend on weather, lighting, parking access, water/electrical access when required, property restrictions, safety conditions, and local rules. We may reschedule or modify service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Results and Limitations

We aim to deliver premium results, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, etching, water spots, paint defects, interior damage, or wear may not be fully removable. Paint correction and ceramic coating results depend on vehicle condition and preparation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible vehicles may require a deposit for future appointments.

Vehicle Condition and Existing Damage

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage, defects, failing clear coat, loose trim, weak paint, worn materials, electrical issues, or fragile components. Signature Auto Finish is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions outside our control.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may vary and will be confirmed at the time of service.

Photos and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation and marketing. License plates and personal identifying information may be avoided or obscured when practical. If you do not want your vehicle used in marketing, please notify us before service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Auto Finish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
